The 8GB Memory Stick PRO Duo memory stick has been developed to satisfy the rapidly growing storage needs of digital photographers and enthusiastic users of portable entertainment devices. True to its multimedia credentials, the Memory Stick can store a large range of entertainment files, including more than 19 hours of MPEG-4 video for playback on a PSP (recorded at 768kbps), approximately 3000 digital photos with 10 Megapixel resolution (in Standard mode setting) or up to 2000 MP3 songs with an average length of 4 minutes (recorded at 128kbps).
   The 8GB Memory Stick PRO Duo will be immediately compatible with all Sony Cybershot, Handycam and VAIO products launched from the beginning of 2007, and with the Sony á100 D-SLR camera. With a software update the Memory Stick will also be compliant with Sony VAIO products launched from the beginning of 2005, all PSPs (with system software ver. 2.81 or later) and Memory Stick Video Recorders.
